Pacific Community of Alaska (PCA) Community Health Workers (CHWs) provide
health education and outreach to community members across Anchorage focusing on various social determinants of health and barriers faced by our community in accessing and navigating community resources.
As trusted advocates and educators embedded in our communities, PCA CHWs provide and facilitate culturally competent service delivery and can also provide interpretation and translation in English, Samoan, and Tongan
