Pacific Community of Alaska (PCA) Community Health Workers (CHWs) provide health education and outreach to community members across Anchorage with a special focus on COVID-19 vaccine information, and community resources. Tiffany builds relationships with churches across Alaska with a targeted focus amongst Native Hawaiian/Pacific Islander faith-based organizations. She also provides translation and interpretation for community members in the Sāmoan language

Kiyana builds relationships with businesses, clubs, and other community-based organizations throughout Anchorage. Kiyana is also fluent in Tongan and provides translation into Tongan for community members.
